I ordered the 1/1 SB skull from them and per their email, it shipped on 2/28.

I've checked the tracking # and there has been no new info since the 28th.

Anyone else experience this before when dealing with them?

I just cant fathom how a package that "shipped" hasn't had one update for 4 days.

Probably be the last time I order from them..

I did email them for an update and got the generic "it shipped, here's your tracking #"

I purchased from them a few times. Terrible communication but everything arrived quick enough. Trustworthy I feel.

lol at french postal system... i just heard from chogokin jawa that he FINALLY got his "giving back thread" gift that
i sent to him back in november. apparently, taiwan is on the way to france. and there were NEVER any updates...
so it's not just packages coming in from france.

I emailed the Artoyz rep 3 days ago. He never wrote back.

I just sent him an email.

I've only ordered from Artoyz once, but he was on point with communication and everything arrived just fine. Took a couple weeks to arrive, but that's to be expected.

Being based in Italy I'm near Artoyz so that may have made the difference but if it can be of any help I've order from Artoyz a few times and it always went well. Quick and always arrived safe. I didn't even have to check the tracking number as orders would arrive within 4 to 5 days.

Update: I've recently ordered a Gargmel Hedoran (S7 Hawaii colourway) from Artoyz and the toy arrived scratched (quite severly scratched on the black chest paint). I immediately sent a mail to understand if I could send it back and get it replaced, they answered to my first mail and besides apologizing, they asked me to send them some shots which I proposed to mail in the first place; so I sent them the shots and never got any response back in over a week (although I prompted them several times).
I've now opened a dispute on Paypal as I find this kind of behaviour unaccpetable.
Just wanted to share with you guys, just in case you were considering picking up some stuff from Artoyz in the near future.

Hopefully a final update: after a week Artoyz have got back to me and we're in the process of settling a discount agreement on another toy as a refund. Thought it would be worth mentioning, yes it took a while but I owe to them an update here. I hope not to have to add anything to this post in the next days
