I can't take credit for noticing this, that goes to Greg Mishka, but this has to be the craziest thing I've seen in a long time. Living in rural Michigan, you see how many farmers will be affected by a bill like this, not to mention that it gives the government the control of the Great Lakes. What's coming next, No limit presidency terms?

Disclaimer: I voted for Obama, but the older I get the more, the D. and R. party differences, seem to wash away. I read Reason, and I could totally jump on the Libertarian bandwagon.

While it caught my attention, it really doesn't seem that dramatic according to this site that compares changes to the bill over the years (apparently all the presidents have amended it from time to time):
