I beg to differ, Ike!

Mine showed up today and I just finished my first read through. Man, the SDCC coverage had me all nostalgic and bleary eyed. Hope '07 is just as bonkers!

Flynn has an article that starts with "Rare Japanese Vinyl Found in the Wilds of Texas"

I won't spoil what it's about, but the article is great.

Kudos to the whole staff!

Just got some time to flip through the copy I got this morning. First of all, the new presentation makes a huge difference. Just looking at the cover, this issue is really striking compared with previous ones. Inside, the evolution of the layout that started last issue is very noticeable. I also love what you guys did with some of the photography this time around, particularly in the nodder article.

(And I see a lot of white space being eaten up. Less white space = more gooder!)

As far as the content goes, Brian's Kimono My House nostalgia, Take-Shit's coverage of Marushin Machine Gokins, the articles on nodder vinyls, Mikimoto, and Tetsujin-28 all look like stuff I want to savor slowly. The fact that thankfully there are no pictures of me in the SDCC coverage is just icing on the cake. ;p

Great job, guys!

Today I went to Kimono my house, I saw the Giant Ultraman from the street.Sadly.I walked up 5 flights of stairs for nothing, the door to the roof is locked!

PS-Its pretty hard to find, not really hard, but pretty hard.Mapquest puts you in the area of the building but its not the right place.

Imagine the collection she could have if she wanted. I see her around sometimes, so I might flow her a copy of S7 just to see what happens

I haven't seen the new issue yet - so no idea how or where I feature in it or not - weird eh? I did get a call from my friend Mark in Seattle and he was laughing his ass off tho, said he kept turning pages and there I was. What a revolting development?

Got my mag - and I do seem to show up numerous times in there - I counted maybe six? My work colleagues thought I was in some kind of fancy dress for the British Invasion shot, fancy dress as a member of the living dead.

Great mag, layout, design and content - very impressive!

PS. In true Paris Hilton style, I will be holding a signing event at Meltdown for those who want me to personalise a copy, drinking lots, then weaving all over the road before being picked up by the cops ... Maybe... or I might just stay at home.
