I feel sorry for the people getting screwed here. I never dealt with Glenn Pogue for toy transactions but when he ran this BBS he did plenty of screwy things just because he had the power to do them. For those of you who haven't gotten your toys (and currently the victims of his unique toy psychopathology), he is most likely holding them simply because he can.

Hasn't this gotten to the point where this whole thing warrants some sort of legal action. For the life of me, I don't understand why people just chalk up internet losses to learning a hard lesson. It's theft, and if you spent over 300 it's a felony. I've never dealt with Pogue, but I was thinking hard about buying a bunch of toys from that sale, (I've always been keen on the Skullwings) If I had purchased something, than the SDPD would be getting a call from me after the first month with no contact. Don't let this swill shit corrupt the board, anymore than you would let someone with 1 post do it. Anyone that's bought something from me, can attest, that they've gotten it in a week, if not, they're getting a reason why.

I actually got to like Glenn over at S7. His unfortunate 'psychopathology' really sucks. I don't get it, after all this bullshit nobody who has his phone number has yet called him on the phone. Whats up with this?

There is a history of Pogue not coming through, people were just too quiet because he was a "special case." He's already ripped all these people off. I had thought about purchasing a few things, and then didn't because I knew better, and some of the pricing was just too hype.

At this point what really bums me out is that I passed on two of the OG skullwings thinking I had this one. From what I have been told someone from S7 already contacted him. I think I have been reasonably patient and kept my discourse civil. If I am not going to get my toy though, it amounts to theft in my book. Sad the situation has turned out this way.

i once purchased an astro zombies chaos from pogue. after numerous pm's and e-mails sent asking on the whereabouts of my toy, i eventually got my money refunded after roughly 6 months. i wish you all luck on getting your toys, and really hope you don't have to wait that long for a refund if you don't.
