I have my paypal linked directly so I always pay immediately. A few days passed.... then a week. So I messaged him. takes him a while to reply with "hey, im busy with work, ill try to send it soon... a few more days. he messages me saying the payment didn't go through, and could I cancel payment, he will send me a invoice outside of eBay............HELLS NAH!  I find myself to be a patient person but after waiting a few more days.. i begin to ask around if they know anyone named glennpouge...... I get a flood of horror stories about him. So I message him again asking if he is on "Skullbrain". He doesn't reply but then POOF! I get a notification that my item has been shipped. I'm like,"finally!" so then its a waiting game to actually receive the figure... and when I do... there is a scratch in the paint and a scuff... I then ask for a refund and he says he is out of town.... He wants me to mail the figure back and THEN.... he'll give me a refund. I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW!  ANY TIPS?

Re: Recent Pogue Sale.. Open a dispute with PayPal. Buyers usually have more power in these kinds of things, at least from my experience.
