Post Re: Star Case Robo Viceroy Gulmeyer
This 1 was weird because the lower(red and blue) text translated to this:

"De regard to Phase 2 star command lottery sales will be with."

"Please send in time because it is not a first-come-first-served basis of the mail.
In addition, one will be sold per person,
Registration in the name of the same family of Address Please refrain from.
The results (Mon) to 12 o'clock, so only 25 will inform those who are elected"

Which made it feel like it was a lotto, with only 1 per person and maybe just 25 of them.

The top english part says this:

"The email requests will be fulfilled in chronological order.
Please state DESTER COMMANDOin the subject box of your email.
Please state your name, address, phone number and
the number of the sets."

Making it seem like 1st come 1st served and multiple sets were available.

I'm guessing maybe the English part was just their instructions from their normal sales and didn't get changed for this lottery? Their banner ad clearly stated it was a lottery.

the new desto commander is not a made to order run, so it is one per entry.
you are very lucky if you won one!

Thanks for the clarification everyone, it was definitely confusing to read. This has to be the first lottery for a toy I've won in years.

If anyone gets one and is not feeling it...hit me up :)

I was hiking all weekend and missed out on the lottery.

I got lucky too, although I was convinced I'd got my a.m./p.m./Japan time all mixed up and entered too early when I re-read the details!

Eh - who knows? I've actually had pretty good luck in acquiring these after the fact - hopefully that remains true with this version! :D
Either way, I hope to see more photos as people get these in-hand!

Ok, I'm officially interested in Star Case (I'm saying this more than anything to myself  )... tried to resist as long as possible but this is to sweet to run away from.

Yes, I have to agree, that looks simply awesome. So playful, I wish I hadn't missed this. Congrats to those that scored one, imho one of the best toys so far this year!

Thanks guys. Honestly the paint job is pretty bad. So bad that it's good
But the combination of the Kikaider tribute, clear vinyl and inserts really makes this fella a crazy fun toy.

Ah cool, I was about to ask what you meant by the 'typical' starcase paintjob. I thought you may be referring to the fact that one of the past releases seemed to have paint that scuffed easily (at least that's what I think I once read somewhere)... if it's only bad in the sense that it sucks from a technical pov it's good!

Long time, no post. Was just clued into this stuff by a local NYC collector. This really blows my mind! Not just the neo revival, but the fact the bootleg toys existed to begin with.
