This is a Bullmark Standard size Mogera. It is the standard color issue green vinyl with blue spray. They usually sell for around 3-350.

If you don't need to have a 60's / 70's original,.......
Marmit made a very nice vinyl MOGERA in 1997 you could pick up for around $50.00 or so. The MARMIT model # is VP-050.
Marusan also made a recast in 1998 that sold for 2400 yen then, it's a bit harder to find, but would also be around $50.00

Hey Knewnan,
Here is a pic of the Glow version. I also have the transparant blue but don't have a picture of it. It's about 5 inches tall and comes with a small truck with rocket launchers on it.

there is also a small size mogera (4 inches), part of the "bullmark legends" (series 2) by iwakura. is pretty cheap. sometimes they show up on ebay for $3.99 or so...
or you can get them or $7.50 (plus shipping) at chibigoji toys too

There is also the 6 inch 'Para-Babies' Mogera by Marmit. I believe the GID Mogera creevox posted is from that line.
