Old Mister Misses Googlyeyes11 recently opened a claim against me in paypal for close to $300!!!

Guess Sam didn't like the free gifts. I wish I put poop in there now, maybe with some googlyeyes.

The shit that I have to put up with on a daily basis, and then BAM, 1/2 of my monthly income frozen. Thank Goodness it's the beginning of a new month.

I am SO lucky though, cause I always throw a Delivery Confirmation in the mix, and that was my ONLY saving grace. Well, that, and, haha, the idiot also gave me positive feedback before opening the claim.

I was locked out of paypal for a few days during the investigation, but once usps confirmed my ebay package was delivered, case closed, all is well!

Soooo glad I was able to avoid it this time, not that I haven't been scammed before, but it's sickening to think that it can be done so easily! Really, to any seller, unless they get delivery confirmation... I heard of it happening, but it just seems to be a reoccurring topic as of late...

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION, DON'T LEAVE HOME WITHOUT IT!

Currently this user has some Grody Shogun pieces up, but I strongly urge any of you interested not to take the chance. I'm sure you'll see them again.

Anyway, hopefully paypal, ebay, or whoever will be able to prosecute em somehow as this continues.

And THANK GODZILLA that you, Jon, and the majority of us who Sam's tried to scam, have come out on top! I'm fully behind a list of true Scammers, if it functions to stop things like this from happening. I say "true" scammers, cause although flipping is blood-curdling annoying as hell, it's very different to make the choice to pay more for an item than to be taken for your item & $. There's a serious crime there... Now that we know who he is, Sam should stick to the moniker of SlamminScamminSam, the dog raper. Ha, I think the solution is to just start a bunch of rumors about him. I mean, would you want a guy in your gallery who shoves macaroni & cheese up his tookas by the spoonful. I don't think so

If the item u sold is over $250 signature confirmation is the only thing that will save u per paypals rules... You were probably saved due to him leaving + feedback...

I've been scammed by someone for $400 because I thought delivery con was enough... I had proof it was delivered, the scammer said it wasn't and knew paypals code. State in the claim that I was to use signature con. Shitty way of learning that, but I learned it.

Unless he's traded them/sold them off, which he is wont to do, his nag collection is unparalleled by most (which in hindsight I suppose was partially bought with money he's scammed from the community). It's just the way of the world I guess...

Here's the story: familiar to you all. Mr. dewitt recently ran 2 scams on us, one for a pair of my Nikes and one for a Wilkowski resin Labbit. for the nikes the claim was ' delivery was stolen from porch'- within minutes apparently of the PS delivery confirmation. I didnt believe it, but refunded him anyways in support of good customer relations.

Scam 2 was he had his girlfriend buy the piece, then it was magically re-routed to a different address and she claimed it was an unathorized charge and had paypal reverse the money.

we put 2 and 2 together and eventually got the money back from paypal.

a couple of days ago i was in nYC and since I had this dipshits home address I figured I'd go pay a visit. In person.



Unfortunately, he wasnt home, but i had a real nice conversation with his mother. Aparrentley ol Sam is quite a piece of work. He called me soon after I left his house, he was on vacation, and tried to laugh it all off as a misunderstanding. yeah, right. I informed him that we are going to proceed in whatever legal manner we can to shut him down.

We are currently contacting every retail seller we can, and any private individuals that have been ripped off and are going to present paypal and the involved credit card companies with a nice package of information and claims. So, if you want to share any information and or paper trails please pm me so we can use it as part of our complaint process.
