Even though Sam has personally wronged me and I might chuckle at the idea of Grizli forcefully taking his $80, or the other posts of similar nature. In reality I wouldn't actually want anyone to physically hurt Sam, I wouldn't want to see any form of violence around vinyl toys. This Japanese toy shit seems to keep getting scummier and scummier. With intentional hype marketing and more and more hype beasts coming in. I think any kind of violence around toys would probably be the final straw for several people on this board.

I wanted to let you know that sam/ Lizzie has/have sent me a few emails trying to get me to believe that he/they are innocent, and it's all a result if a bad break up or something.

It's just a HUGE lie.

The emails are loaded with evidence of their being written by the same person, and the idiots even included a screen shot of their own Paypal homepage as an attempt at 'proof' that it was all a 'mistake.' it's actually just proof that it's a lie!

Frank - I'd be happy to email you all of the information I have in order to help you file a suit on these horrible people. I will pm my email addy ASAP.

However - violence is not cool. Fines, blacklisting, prison - whatever. But no thrown punches people. That's not going to result in anything but unneeded trouble.

Sorry, I should say that my last post may have come off as inciting. None of us want to see anyone in jail over this guys B.S. unless it is Sam himself. It is more than about money. We have set up a retail direct site and deal with 300 plus orders a month and we bend over backwards to provide timely advance warning, ship the fastest and best way and take care of any and all issues immediately and over the phone if need be. Most of our customers a re repeat customers. Not only did he try to steal, but he wasted valuable time and he got items that someone else would have 'appreciated' more and not just as a device to flip and keep gambling and scamming. Its not like he is scamming mass production stuff its all low run/highly desired stuff that someone else would cherish.

Considering the number of retailers and private parties involved, I would think this would fall under federal law. Using the USPS to assist in committing fraud is a federal offense. Hope you succeed Frank!

It's not hard to prove you have cancer, shit I posted a pic of the tumour behind my eye just a few months back when I apologised for my behaviour for acting a bit crazy during that month. Its not hard to prove you've got cancer...it turns up black on your x-rays and is clearly marked on the reports, what a stupid fucker.
His must be a special kind of hairy-head cancer that allows him to keep his hair during chemo and allows him to walk around with full health spending wads of money.

I like the putting-his-picture-up-at-shows idea....when I was 18 my friend got banned from a nightclub and they had his picture up on the wall for a year at the door.
However, that is actually illegal to do here in Australia so I don't know what the law is like over there.
