 Re: Retro Japanese Toy Adverts Interesting, I just was bidding on one of those Inazuman pendants, but they (maybe the one in the right image) were larger than the standard pendant sofubi, maybe 10cm if I recall the description accurately. I am not sure if the others in this series are also like that, they do seem to have a bit more detail put in to them, but in any case that Zaborger is my favourite.

Re: Retro Japanese Toy Adverts I picked up a few of those cans when I was living in Japan, but ended up getting rid of almost all of them when it came time to pack up all my stuff. Problem is the contents were, shall we say, not all that great. That Gary can is by far the best of the many series though.

I'm just plundering Japanese blogs in a very random fashion! Sometimes a blog that has some adverts will lead you to another and then another . . . and on and on down the rabbit hole! Finding this sort of stuff is all about entering the relevant Kanji & Kana into Japanese search engines and sifting through thousands of blog pages manually . . . there's no shortcut because most content on Japanese blogs is not tagged for searches.
I've also noticed some Japanese sites block access to foreigners . . . Gaijin not welcome!
