Post Show off your collection in a printed magazine
Toy Culture Magazine will be a printed publication with a projected print date of January 2013. Artists such as Bob Conge, Blurble, Alarment, and Leecifer will appear in the magazine. Features/highlights included will be studio visits, toy reviews, design tips, a special collectors section (for any and all collectors to show what they are most proud of, with a little blurb about your collection), toy shop/toy gallery spotlight, a featured artist every issue, who will also have cover art privileges (the featured artist for our first issue is Bob Conge), and random editorial pieces written by Steven Agin.

We are looking for collector's who want to show off their collections! Please make sure all photos are atleast 300DPI/CMYK format for high quality printing. We look forward to seeing what you all have!

Send photos (atleast 3.. we will pick one or two out), and a little blurb (no more than 100-150 words) about your collection, or what/who got you started collecting! toyculturemag@gmail.com

This sounds really cool!

One thing though, I hope that Super 7 doesn't mind your post here seeing as they are/were also a magazine in the same field.

I don't mean to stir anything up, but just wanted to ask.

I understand. We are not making any money off of the specific colletor's section though, or trying to solicit... just want to support the toy community!

Seems like a great idea to me. Thanks for the excuse to plan some snaps and string some words together!

Key word = "were". Hasn't it been like half a decade since S7 has published anything?

I'd recommend zincsaucier/Jeff. He has itokin park pics ready that were supposed to be in a magazine and has a unique custom lucha bear.
