Thanks for the compliments - I can't believe I forgot to give props to all the RFSOers who helped me out with locating most of these. Y'all rule.

The glow Gezora I actually got at S7s booth at SDCC this year - the header has a little gold "2005" sticker on it, so it's perhaps a year old? Isaac or Brian would probably know.
