I need some clarification.

I bought this figure from Mandarake a few weeks back, and complained when I received it that the paint job is extremely bad. They never refunded, but I now have this inkling that it is a bootleg.

The paintjob is atrocious, and it's made in China. There is no serial number on the foot. Does anyone have this figure and could let me know what is on the foot of the figure? The paintjob is basically all over the place, the edges of the paint drips are hand painted with shaking hands...

I was wondering if I should bring up this case with Mandarake?

i have one as well, and its no boot.

its made in China (like the frog one) and the paint is pretty crappy. (i still adore it)

Yes I agree. Hmmm so no boot... I also noticed the hand white areas have stuck on the body's stomach. I still havent opned this since its the only buy from BxH that I am disappointed with.

i suggest if you open it, just put it slightly out of immediate eyesight so the imperfections don't grate on you.
at least, that works for me. haha

Looks like I will do that once I get the new cabinet in. I guess I will treat the white paint as flour while making pancakes. It has the same rough texture....
