I have only seen one on YJA and I think it sold for over 50,000 yen. I did not know what it was until after the auction. I look everyday for this figure.
I am curios about the gid figure too.

I believe a tiny amount where made as special ultra bonus giveaway only for when mediciom released the BxH designed Venom Kubrick.
