 Highlight reel- Favorite releases of 2012 Since we're winding 2012 down and the world is ending on the 21st, how about we start a top 3 toys of the year? I'm at work, so my choices will have to wait, but I'd like to hear what everyone else thinks we're the highlights of 2012.
The only stipulation is it must've been a toy/colorway released in 2012. If you want we could break it down into top three "wide release" and top three "event exclusives".
So lets hear what you've got.

I really dont have many guesses since I'm not a rabid collector, I will say Elegab brought it to the table real good this year, so many toys from them that I wish I had.
Im also head over heels with all the love Mazinger got this year as well as devil man, but thats just as a side comment.

Re: Highlight reel- Favorite releases of 2012 So I'm finally home after a horrendous day of car trouble and I'm glad to see this thread showing off such a wide variety! Those new devil man reissues are getting some major love! For me, here are some of my highlights:  From Design Festa 35 in May  Mockbat made his debut, and this one in particular has been my favorite so far!   As Kev Stated- 2012 brought back some much missed Fight Figure Love. There's much more- But I need more time to think about everything and I'll be back with more I'm sure.

I saw a lot of nice toys but nothing that really got me nail-bitingly excited. But maybe that is just me!?
I also felt that there was a lot of uncritical hype going on that left me a little disappointed in the community.
Anyway, my toy of the year would have been the mini Rangeas but it did not come out (didn't it)!?
Oh, I almost forgot the life size Rangeas!!! These are the best toys I have seen all year.

A notable exception is this lavender fellow that finally showed up yesterday:    Buta's Gebagoro, with ten days to spare, is easily my favorite new toy of 2012.
