I'll bet there's an interesting moulding/factory story behind those because there's some REMCO models of super robots that have giant clown feet like that too.

That is actually a boxed battery op plastic toy. He flips when you press one of the buttons on the remote. There used to be foam on the feet as well. They show up MIB from time to time, but the foam generally is deteriorated.

Holy crap, that box art just blew my mind! And I thought I couldn't love this figure any more than I do. The flipping feature sounds so sweet, but I still love mine even if he is suffering from some arthritis
