I think maza prices have been steadily declining with or without bigger runs. I just wished it has better weight and balance.

Glad a lot of people one this guy. As I mentioned before...I still don't get why the maza prices skyrocketed and stayed that way.

Hopefully it will continue to lower and be more realistic in the aftermarket.

I think you could say that about any new figure that jumps to those kind of prices. The Maza is a great sculpt. It has a perfect mix of texture and detail and is(for me) one the most intresting spacecraft/alien/sea fungus toys out there. I've always wondered what kind of back story it would have...

Yes, the price is much lower now.
Maybe many start to loss interest on it but I'm still the biggest fans for this sculpt.
I think I almost own all the normal releases version. Still 1 of my favorite toy.

It did say "pre-order" so there was probably a cap or until order form expired?

Maybe it was just an open order like the Burstron release? I can't believe it, I've been trying to land one of these since day one, so happy.

Zollmen sales being "made to order" or "lottery" seems pretty erratic each time (the Burstron indeed seemed pre-order, but not the Re-burtron ?), but if this Maza is really a made to order, this is good news for future releases (Medicom example ?).

So glad to have got one, and it's one of the best version to date !

what's to get, no different than anything else, they were new and hot and supply didn't meet demand. Seems like they've upped the run size now, or at least for this release.

^ Agreed! Had it been more limited I could have seen this particular version being one of the more sought after Mazas yet. In fact, I'm sure for anyone that missed, this will be high on many a want list! What a great release :D

Emails already? After entering Zollmen lotteries for years I cant believe I missed again. I was hoping this would be my first lottery Maza.

FYI I'm not going to be updating the database anymore. Too busy with school (fucking physics and chemistry!) too much into vintage anymore anyhow. Still like Zollmen just can't keep up with it.

Wow! I just got email confirmation on that green Maza! I thought a computer glitch had deleted my order. Speculating on numbers does not matter to me, I don't care if this one is less rare, its my favorite version.

First of all I can't fucking spell apparently. Secondly...ALL of the zollmen toys have lowered in price, despite their continual hype, on the secondary market except the maza. I don't get why the maza still has a high price point. You don't see them in everyone's collection and honestly they don't really seem that coveted. I can't even remember the last time I've seen it posted in someone's want list. I can think of about 5 zollmen toys I'd much rather have then the maza.

I'm just guessing that since these were so much easier to score, some people will be looking to dump them. If that happens, please hit me up.

Yep, add me to the list...completely forgot about this guy.

I still would love to get the GID, but prices are still too high for me.

I get the impression that this release was not necessarily any easier to score than others but that die hard fans here on SB who check all the time just got their order in due to diligence timing and synchronicity.
