what you guys are forgetting is that it is TWO toy collections for 1000 sq feet (and i probably even over-estimated that number)---if it was just me, 750 would be ok. :)

Yeah that's true, you should just tell Skylar that he can't buy any more toys.

I suffer from the same problem in my office at home so for my smaller figs I built this. Works well and in this case I could display 48 figures + stuff on top.

This display blows minds! What is it constructed from?

The outer frame was built using aluminum shadow box framing that I had kicking around. It's about 2.5" deep. The interior slats are cut from sheets of door paneling with a series of lap joints and then painted black. HotRod suggested using black PVC material as an alternative which I thought was an excellent idea and something I'd like to try.

thats okay, every single thing i own is crammed into one bedroom. (no joke)
you just gotta pile that crap up and love it babe!! ^^

this is just my desk.. i try to keep it clean but....
i put shelves wherever there aren't lamps (i have 6 lamps)
unfortunately i don't even have much wall space since this room i live in is a converted attic space.
somehow my CPU turned into my fave dolly display area!

I use a lot of floating shelves. Even if you don't have a lot of wall space, you can squeeze small shelves in here or there and put a few toys up on them. That helps relieve the pressure in overstuffed cases.
