melvins show redux
seriously blew my mind over the weekend.
prolly the 2nd loudest show i have ever been to in my life (high on fire takes the cake). The double drumming from dale and the dude from big business is tight and sick.
This is will be the best show u will see all year.
Melvins + big business + joe lally (fugazi bassist) + porn
joe was a bit out of place but he did some sick psych jams with dale and buzzo and various other peeps.
The melvins merchandise was o' plenty: what i saw.
THe official melvins acid sheet with cert. of authenticity.
Melvins nike shoes.
Melvins quee.
Tons of shirts and shit.
Buzzo was even selling 7's out of his own collection, tons of rare shit aptly marked.
I drank up all my money so i did end up buying anything ;(
plz go see them u won't be sorry.
after 25 odd years they are still killin it.

Think I've seen them 13 some times now. Probably my most fav band.
Believe it or not Mogwai has been the loudest band I've seen. Seriously I've never looked around a room and seen so many people cringing while cupping their ears.

I go see them in November. The new CD is good!
Civilized Worm is a great, brutal song.
