Well I for one appreciate the classics. Bandai got me into the hobby, and probably quite a few more besides. The Viras has always been a favourite of mine, and the early 80s figures especially were done with such rough character that I think they are fantastic.
Plus, it is the only way to have toys of some excellent kaiju, until they are remade by M1 or Bearmodel.

The Marusan 'Nitto' version are also very excellent, and available at a bargain usually. M1 did a great mini version, if you haven't seen it:  I forgot to mention, welcome to the board!

I like a lot of the Bandai 80s designs, hell that's all I could get back then. Some of them are still amongst my favorites.
