Nerd One booths were labeled as Paralyzing Toyz for unknown reason - probably because they loaded 4 makers into the space. Change has been made to KK.

Not sure if people realize how difficult it is to cover an event that size in a single day.

^ I'd carry you around on my back just to see the show in person. As always, thanks for the great coverage Andy.

Really? I think everyone realizes how much hard work and coverage you do. If they don't they're an idiot.

Good stuff as usual. So were all the gargamel resin sets released? Mark said he was sure they weren't. I saw them in the photo and thought there were.

EDIT: Got my answer from the other post you just did.
Thanks for clearing it up.

After the show I was literally so exhausted I went to a nearby hotel and sat slumped in a lobby chair for 30 minutes...drinking an Asahi.

I'm not sure which is worse. Cruel punishment.

From what I hear the event was packed and hectic. Trying to take pictures of every release is something i'd never be able to do (mostly because i'm so busy looking instead of taking pics)

Yeah i'm wondering what was the deal with the PK stuff at figlab, preview? Sale? Was the unchiman from Don's instagram for sale? Didn't see it in Andy's shot of the figlab booth.

Amazing coverage andy - THANK YOU!!

I can't believe Denboku made Jim Hawkins. Never in my life did I think I would see Takarajima toys but there they are. Super rad.

It's depressing but unless you are a dealer inside before the doors open you never will see it on sale, most of it ends up straight on YJA. I Gave up even trying, the couple times I got to the table by the time it was my turn the things I wanted were gone, it's always such a small amount considering the popularity of the characters they release every time.

Denboku is great, and definitely an under reported toy maker to us westerners. I've constantly been trying to track down a few of their figures, but as Baikin said, a lot of them are too hard to come across, and when they do the price is a premium.

PK stuff was sold at 1:00 via lottery. There were a total of 10 pieces for sale. Most went to the same YJAers who attend every show.

The reason the undereported Denboku shows up in fits and starts is (as far as I can tell) they primary focus on releasing figures at WF under one-day license arrangements.

This is another reason you dont see releases, everything is licensed.

Thanks for the info. The fact that they're licensed makes me want them even more!

Absolutely not correct.

So far there's only one item shown up on YJP.
