Aaargh!

That sucks, John...I've been thru the whole postal insurance process before, it's a drag. Your buyer will get their money back in the end, but they do take their sweet time.

Sorry to hear this- such a kickass piece, I hope it ends up with its rightful owner!

yeah, that blows. I also have some pieces that were never sent back from a show in CO. It was from the other board and the guy never sent me back my customs. This is probably why I will never submit anything for a show unless it's local.

seems to be a trend i am seeing, the artists keep getting burned by galleries and shows and such.
