Re: Kappa, Ikakumora, Shishi, Takoshi and the Ape
Ill be glazing two apes up today. Excited to see them come out of the kiln. I think the ape is about the same height as Takoshi. It's like a large sized figure, ten inches or so. I'll measure them up later. Yeah I had made a couple takoshi with holes in his hands for holding a weapon but I haven't envisioned a weapon yet.

Re: Kappa, Ikakumora, Shishi, Takoshi and the Ape
Amazing work! Love the Takoshi and ape designs. You've got a great sensibility of color which you've obviously mastered in that media. They're really beautiful and I can't stop coming back to this thread to admire them.
The heads look like they have decanter stoppers, can they hold liquid? I'd love to pour some wine at the dinner table from a Takoshi! ; )

Re: Kappa, Ikakumora, Shishi, Takoshi and the Ape
Love the ape! You brought your own style to him, which is great - it is easy to get saturated by more simians, but I love this guy. Great balance of cuteness to menacing. I totally concur with the Marusan blue too, even if it just from the photo.

Thanks to everyone who stopped by the TAG show last night, it was a blast! Great to finally meet some of you from the board. As well great to have met LASH and Kenth( sorry Kenth for mangling the Japanese language, I'm out of practice)

Welcome to the board Yoshi. I think a lot of us are excited to see what Kenth Toy Works has coming out in the future. I really like your Clockwork Orange figure, it's a great tribute.

Oh man, those Takoshis are just amazing! And the little bonus dudes, holy cow, I am so jealous now of the TAG attendees. That is a really nice green vinyl. I can't wait for another release of these guys.

Re: Kappa, Ikakumora, Shishi, Takoshi and the Ape
Thanks guys, yeah I'm pretty excited to see takoshi in vinyl form There's talk of redoing the helmet mold to add a slit in the back for easier removal. Re: Kappa, Ikakumora, Shishi, Takoshi and the Ape
Looove the Ikakumoras and Takoshis! Do you know if there are plans to have a production version of the Ikakumora released? Other Takoshis in the work?
Does anyone know if TAG will ship First Class to Canada if asked? I'm not paying $40 in shipping for sure... Anyone close by who'd ship to me?
