What a great surprise! I don't think any collectors would get rid of the Astro Brain. I am sure some will pop up on the usual auction sites though.

I am excited. I went with all three. I love the astrobrain! And I'll be "that" guy and say: if anyone who ordered just one or two of the three doesnt want their unpainted limbs or bug head- drop me a pm! I'd be glad to take them off your hands.

It's like a revamp of the classic Project 1/6 Brain. A clear outer head would have been amazing, but can't complain about the bonus figure.

I hope that I am reading this incorrectly, but it sounds like they ran out of full sets of the Astro Brain and are just giving out parts piecemeal.

From that I understand through translation it just says that people who came into the store were able to pick out the parts themselves... don't see anything about certain parts running out. hope this helps

Well, I didn't read the site, but I know this wasn't the case. I was the first in the shop and bought all 3. The Brain and Mummy each came in a sealed blind/black bag with an extra unpainted arm for the Astro Brain. The Pumpkin was also sealed and I assume was supposed to contain the head piece, but mine didn't have anything. I contacted SB and they sent me a replacement piece. I received an extra bag with the Astro Brain piece and the body after I purchased all three figures. I would assume it would be that way for everyone.....time will tell.

It is very possible my interpretation of crappy translations is not very good.
