yep, I paid for the Zag I bestowed upon David

And DAMN, that is a killer collection of Gachas!!!! They look fantastic! The Gacha's I absolutely went nuts for were the ones that Kiyoka painted one year for the S7 anniversary show like 3 years ago. There were 2 or 3 that were painted in Go Nagai tribute colors, one Mazinger was especially incredible... Kiyoka actually priced them so high, b/c he really didn't want to sell them, in hopes he'd get to take them back...but someone bought all of them.... They did show up on the BST a while ago, priced pretty high, but not sure if they ever changed hands.

They ended up on ebay. I think the winner paid between $60-$70 each for 2 of them. I really wanted the one with the red "G" on it.

I thought they didn't sell. All of the seller's items were set with a high reserve when they last went up.

I haven't checked ebay since they went up but that's the last I saw so, akum6n is probably right as my memory seems to be fading with age. :(

^ They ended without meeting reserve prices on all 3. I was watching and bidding on them all.

^^^ One of those Thrashies is happy to see you! Funny.

So what's the deal with the white "SOLID" releases? Is that a branding thing or are they actually not hollow?

i thought the "solid" stuff was kaiju taros DIY thing way back when. i remember some rumble monsters and real head in white as well, but i could completely off.

Okay, so solid color rather than solid pour; kind of like the blue Rakugaki line. Makes sense, thanks for the info.

^^
I'm not sure if there was ever a designated name for the smokingcorp helmet thrashman. I think there were 1 or 2 other versions of it and all were non-painted.

Thanks. Mine came with a Comet Debris business card and has a little bit of warm green paint accenting the G on the forehead.
