It's really great what Skinner did, but sucks that it had to get to that point. I have a feeling he wouldn't have refunded you if Skinner didn't get involved. That guy is so weirdly mellow. You can't help but like him (and his works are so awesome). Switching his (the scammer) instagram accounts to private says something about him...it's as if he has something to hide...
