I won't delete my post, since whats said is said. But I would like to clear up that my thoughts were about the "belt Buckle" I'm just not a fan of painted logos on toys. A personal preference I've always had. I would have prefered a spray to reference the belt. But like I said This tribute works great

I think the tribute looks perfectly suited on this sculpt. Paintjob is spot on, and is one of Lukes best to date! And bravo to getting a Medicom release with this one!
Bog and Devilman is a match made in... Hell!

Oh, and I hear the header art is pretty gnarly looking too!

I was thinking the same thing. Actually that paint is super hard to do with the thin line brush work. This paint app for the bog insanely good, like it was always meant to be.

I think the Bog sculpt works insanely well for this tribute, and the paint app looks fuckin' great. I'm especially impressed by the eyes. Luke's skills have only been improving as far as I've been seeing. I can't imagine it's at all easy. Either way, I'm excited as hell for these.

I'm just too stoked to have one. I think the paint looks fine! Otherwise I probably wouldn't be that stoked for this particular bog..

Oh man did what I said blow up haha. My comment was solely about the belt buckle paint. And its got alot to do with me not liking logos painted onto toys.

^ luke made a big post about my tongue in cheek retort on IG too. I was just goofin because people used to criticize his paint skills and it also blew up in my face despite my smiley ;-p

Fully agreed. I've loved the Bog sculpt a lot, but no color way as of yet made me feel like I had to jump at the chance to own one. I'm really hoping this will be my first Ultrus.

I thought I was looking at the wrong toy as the paint application looks perfect to me for this toy. The colors look vivid and really make this one of the best Bogs yet.

Oh please...The two or three comments were not even that negative and the majority were very positive. As an artist everyone is not going to like what you do and a lot of the time you can use that to challenge yourself to become better. Unless you don't give a fuck what people think but it would be a contradiction to get upset if you really don't care.
