Re: Star Case Robo Viceroy Gulmeyer
The R2 guy is great, had to go for this one. Still need to chase that first Harlock down. But happy to have another to go with my Vader dude.

Re: Star Case Robo Viceroy Gulmeyer
Haha, yeah, first time I have seen that, that is for sure. This one is cool, interesting to see that this was a full open order it seems, might be the first time for one of the painted figures. Missed out, but I am looking forward to a chance at one of the Bith figures.

Yeah - love this one! Well, love 'em all so far. But it seems to get better with each new figure - so many interchangeable pieces!

^^^ Fun down to the tiniest dot of paint - great shots of an amazing looking set! I appreciate but don't collect this series... and now I'm pretty sad to not have this latest bit of awesomeness headed my way.

Re: Star Case Robo Viceroy Gulmeyer
Love it! So did it just come with two heads? I thought it came with all four. Either way, a very fun toy and I'm looking forward to adding it to my Gulmeyers, Commandos, and Harlocks.

Definitely a hilarious and cool release. I am sure some people will hate its crudeness, but I love it - looks like something a kid would have sculpted with love out of Fimo.

This is exactly why I'm not really feeling this figure, or the previous homage to the bootleg Rebel Pilot. I'm loving the whole trend of paying tribute to old bootlegs, so it's not that I'm tired, I just feel as though these toys would have been done better with a more refined look. I'm all for crudeness. I think this particular "hand sculpted out of oven bake clay" essence works great for the work of someone like Dehara, but when I look at the old box art of the the Space Convoy models, I find myself enjoying that more than anything else. I do like the added Kenny Baker.

Re: Star Case Robo Viceroy Gulmeyer
@---NT--- yes it came with all the extras. You'll enjoy this set thoroughly. @HBCoffin- I do feel the same way. A little more refinement would've been great. But it just means I can totally manhandle them and not worry too much And you're right. Those cards and box art are the best! One downer- the lights and radar attachments are stickers and not painted.

Re: Star Case Robo Viceroy Gulmeyer
I got a shipping note yesterday on the clear R2. The mixed parts Harlock is sweet. Is that the one that was available here on the board?
