Live and learn I guess. It's happened to me to (someone buying something from me only to sell it for more not long after). You never know when you sell something what someone will do with it. I don't think you were wrong for selling the toys, but once they're out of your hands its a crapshoot....

FUCK YOU international buyers who dont respond to PMs, open claims on paypal against you, and want cheap shipping so theres no tracking an blame me for that AND make me claim items are worth less than they are so they can save on customs!!

To be fair, coming from the other side of things, the same goes for sellers too. I am not appreciative of sellers who won't even respond to questions from international buyers, let alone allow them to purchase toys. I am all for paying the full price for shipping or whatever the buyer and seller agree to, but you have to also understand how hard it is to receive a toy, and then end up paying an additional 30$ on top of it when you go to claim it; especially when it is something really cheap. You guys in the US have it pretty good when it comes to postal service and already have the advantage when buying stuff.

seriously, i want to chime in and say FUCK YOU to customs fees. living overseas has me being ever so appreciative of those willing to ship, and as well as sharing the burden of shipping to other countries. i was getting an actual GIFT from an artist in japan, and the spanish government assumed i was going to sell it all, and hit me with a 200+ euro fee, a shit ton of paperwork, and a huge headache. i declined to pay and play their stupid game, and luckily it was (slowly) sent back to japan, where the artist then shipped it to my stateside address.

actually fuck the spanish government. i just remembered they taxed me on a celga purchase marked as a gift too. my fees cost more than my items.

Been awhile.

So around 3am last night I was awoken from a deep sleep to my girlfriend going "shhhhhh shhhhh" as loud as she can to our open bedroom apt. window. Our bedroom faces a few back decks of houses on the next street and these new 20 something neighbors thought it would be a good idea to convene on said deck at 3am (about 6-7 of them) and talk as loud as drunkenly possible. Now I've had problems in the past with the former tenants on the same deck doing this and after calling the cops and getting no results I simply screamed as loud as I could one night "SHUT THE FUCK UP!" and it stopped completely. My g/f also did not talk to me for a day after but this is where we completely defer in attitudes. See I believe people, especially younger 20 somethings have become too "worried about what others think, and politically correct" and sometimes being that aggressive asshole frightens them into straightening out. Basically if people think your a fucking nutter they'll leave you alone.

Anyhow seeing my g/f trying to get these fucktards to quiet down, being as discrete as possible and hearing them laughing at her sent me into a complete rage. So I yelled out the window again (deck is basically 30-35 feet away tops) "Hey have a little respect it's 3am, you don't need to party outside, shut the fuck up already!" Party went to silence, people left, but the one assturd guy who lives there (who is always creeping on my girlfriend when her shades are open) had to shout "Crybaby" 5 minutes after the fact. To which I opened my shade yelled out "You're going to be crying pretty soon asshole, do I need to come over and kick your ass?" He mumbled something about "we'll see" and then enraged I turned my light on and said "See me, you're going to be seeing a lot more of me if you don't shut the fuck up!" Finally silence, but now understandably my g/f is mad at me again.

Yeah maybe I did go a little overboard but really- 3am? Deep sleep, laughing at my g/f when she was trying to shush them (like at a movie), the fact that he's always creeping on her kind of came to head. Fuck being PC with dumbasses.

Dealing with obnoxious/loud/inconsiderate neighbours is something I know all too well. I am looking forward to the day where I can live in a semi-normal location or have my own isolated cabin in the woods. In many ways these days it seems people have lost a sense of common decency and respect when it comes to others.

It is also the province-wide moving day, so that warrants an extra big FU to the idiot that ever came up with that idea. One of the stupidest concepts and biggest annoyances I have heard of. And by the way, I happen to think this is a pretty good country for all of its issues, and want to show a little respect to the founding of our nation and constitution. So fuck you.

I'm big on common courtesy. When I was in my twenties I partied a lot (hell I partied till I was 40) but I never would be so disrespectful to think that noise does not travel and forget that maybe at 3am neighbors were trying to sleep. People use to worry about neighbors calling the cops. I know I did when I was younger, so I'd keep the noise to a minimum, especially late. Now cops never do shit so people think they can do whatever the fuck they want.
