Re: RIP Jean Giraud, alias Moebius
I have been really excited to see that since I heard about the doc. This remains one of the great unmade films for me, and with all the material I have read and seen here and there over the years, I am really looking forward to seeing it all compiled together and the full story (or as much as we can learn) told.

Re: RIP Jean Giraud, alias Moebius
The film was to star Orson Welles, Mick Jagger, David Carradine and Salvador Dali with a musical score by Pink Floyd and art design by H.R. Giger and Jean “Moebius” Giraud.
Wow!

Re: RIP Jean Giraud, alias Moebius
Anyone seen this version of his complete Metal Hurlant works? http://www.amazon.ca/MOEBIUS-OEUVRES-COFFRET-ÉDITION-COULEUR/dp/2731652527/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1374025232&sr=8-1&keywords=moebius+oeuvres I'm very much tempted, but it is $180... And I did use to own all the magazines in which it was published until someone threw them away...
