 Yiminy's Haunted House It's in the catacombs underneath my house. We had close to a hundred people through this year - 3rd grade party followed by 7th grade party followed by the adults. Here's the setup during a quiet (and bright) moment:

Yeah- it was on Saturday from about 3 until midnight. I was worn out from hauling up that guillotine blade so many times. That sucker is heavy!
The monkey is based on an animatronic chimp head that Sharper Image closed out on eBay a few months ago. My wife was creeped out by it, so I built him a body and dressed him in a cheap flea market gorilla suit, Halloween store wings and some Goodwill clothes. You can't see it in the photo but I used one of my wife's earings to give him a pierced nipple. That was popular with the kiddies!
