Just picked up Last Of Us tonight and 4 hours In and I felt like I was playing for half that. It's definitely the type of game you get sucked right into.

Yeah there's Multiplayer but I haven't touched it yet though, Going to finish the single player first then give it a go.

Never played any animal crossing games before. Is it really that much of a time sucker? Don't know if I can dedicate myself enough to make it worth it. Or is it that fun/addictive I should try?

This is my first Animal Crossing too, and I love it. It is a complete time suck! Its the most stupid, cute, charming, addictive game I have ever played.

But here's the thing. You can take as LONG as you want with it.
Many people grind like crazy, but this game it supposed to last you a whole year.
So on that mindset, play it casually. At first I was playing it nonstop, but now I just I try to clock in at least 30mins a day.
A good lunch break of gaming. Its like a little escape from everything else.

Maybe ill get it as I'm starting a new job soon so ill need something to do on break. And last of us has been awesome so far. Just hate it takes so long to get started, I mean it literally took 17 minutes from starting on the xmb to when I could actually play. Craziness

Yeah although I guess it will remain as one of the most memorable intro sequences this generation has seen...?

Fable III is a free download now for anyone with xbox live gold for the next week. If you download it you can keep it forever and it's the full retail version. They plan to give people a new downloadable game every two weeks for at least the next several months. None of the upcoming games are new though but I am looking forward to grabbing Halo 3 next month since I never played it.

Not sure if i should post this here but, have you guys seen the new KI game coming EXCLUSIVELY for XBO? I haaaaaaaaate these guys, seriously, i've been waiting for a re-release of this game for ever and now they're going to be releasing it only for that POS console, unbelievable.

This had to be hands down one of the top 3 fighting games ever made, still very surprised that it was first released under Nintendo.

When Microsoft bought Rare LTD, it was only a matter of time we would see a new KI game. This is one of the exclusives I'm looking forward to on the xboxone. Although it is a launch title, I'm still going to wait when more exclusives come out before picking up a new xbox.

the new KI is really fun. my friend and i played it for a few hours at the madcatz booth. it definitely feels like the old KI with a couple new features. combo breaking is a little trickier this time around since you have to guess if your opponent is hitting lights, mediums, or hards. also, if they do manual combo's, its harder to break.

really excited for the game but i wont be buying an xbox one just to play it.

I might get an XBO just for that game, but i'll wait till the price drops to at least 300, even if it takes me more than 2 years to get my hands on one of those, besides rather wait for like the 3rd gen of the console just to make sure that they took care of all the bugs and hardware malfunctions.

Fuck Microsoft. They overreached with the XBone.
Trying to kill off or regulate the used market.
Kinetic thing just creeps me out due to privacy issues.
PS4 will have enough exclusives to keep me busy.

So many marked down games, I refuse to buy a $59 game.
it will be another five years till I get a PS4.
