Roseanne Vs Godzilla - Info given, thanks Scobot/Evom/Yuck!!
Just curious.I've been watching the first season of 'Roseanne' from 1988 on DVD . . . every time there's a scene in their front-room you can see a large scale Godzilla toy in the background. Its a little distracting because my eye is always drawn to it, and i keep pondering what manufacturer made the toy etc. Is it American made or Japanese? Does anyone recognise the toy from my shitty photo?

 Re: Roseanne Vs Godzilla
I believe it is the large size Imperial Godzilla which was released in 1985 and was reasonably common in the US.

 Re: Roseanne Vs Godzilla
They even keep the Godzilla in the background after they jump shark and win the lottery and redecorate the living room with expensive modern stuff. I fucking love Roseanne!

Was totally hoping for some kind of stop motion video. Damn. Might have to do this myself now, just gotta sculpt it out...
I loved Roseanne when I was younger I might have to watch some of it again when I get a chance. Anyone else enjoy it or was that just me being young? Lol.

That show was great, I always ask my wife if she wants a loose meat sandwhich because of it.

I always liked the show and I'm really enjoying watching the first season again at the moment . . . it's dated really well . . . still pretty funny. Its so weird seeing the young George Clooney with his floppy hair-cut . . . and, of course, at least 3 of the cast have turned up in 'The Big Bang Theory' in recent years.

Later on, there is a smaller Goji toy that is usually sitting in front of the larger one. Wonder what that one is now! I cant find any pic online with that one in it. But I just saw it again in an episode I'm watching at the moment. Looks to be about 4 or 5 inches.
