I've had a transaction with him go south and trying to identify the seller due to potential wire fraud.

Sucks as this is the first time, in over nine years and thousands of transactions, that I've ever had a problem with anyone buying or selling.

Is this the same dude that claimed Kozik was sending him Nags personally? I might just be way off.

It's weird because he was on the KR boards for a long time in the 3A section, and was a stand up guy. I had 5-10 transactions with him for great prices, items arrived in perfect condition, fast. He disappeared, along with half of 3A's original fan base, so I didnt think anything of it.

I just started using SB here a year or so ago, so I didnt know the back story, but apparenty he soured.......oh, and pissed off Kozik.

Fast forward-I recently bought a Boss Carrion on the bay, reluctantly, but for a great price. I found out it was from Sam though. Everyone on here told me to watch the fuck out, so knowing him from way back, I messaged him and told him how great it was to see him and ha ha it's you, funny to see you here on Ebay and all that. I did get the boss thank God, but if he is scamming that just SUCKS. Get 'em!!!!

Last year, in August..using it as a crutch for scams he was pulling at the time. It seems like to say the least he's an addict. Which I'm sure is what brings about the level of scamming/fraud he's done. Federal level possibly, at the very least due to the USPS usage.

It does look like Frank Kozik is the man to contact about this though.

Ah yes, "Scam I Am." I have had personal dealings with this self proclaimed successful toy flipper. Last week on a bus heading to NYCC he was unaware who he was speaking to and told a friend of mine all about how he made 250K in the last year flipping toys! He also aloud proposed to any and all on the bus that might be heading to the Con that if they got in line with him and had their number called for a toy, not only would he of course pay for the toy but there was a $100 bill in it for them per line/toy they were able to purchase.

Stay away from this guy. It's sad when collectors spend hard earned cash to fly somewhere, stay in a hotel and have a jokester like this take (yes this happened last week) 3 of a run of 5.

So instead of cancelling the transaction you gave him a handy for old times' sake in hopes YOU wouldn't get scammed, thus further supporting a known junkie thief? Way to display some fucking integrity. Although at this point, one has to suspect a lot of people incl. a couple of SBers are whoring themselves out in far worse ways.

I didn't see him at NY, but I didn't attend any Nag lottos. Maybe he hid in plain sight with the help of cosplay.
