his solo "NEW YORK" LP is very underated
lyrically his words were more honest than most can
appreciate. everytime i have been to NYC i think of
his music, this will never change..........

Heard it on the radio while driving this afternoon. So sad. Such an artist with a huge influence that will continue on. Came home and played Berlin.

That's one hell of a legacy.

At the moment, I can think of 3 specific memories that are important to me, and that involve songs Lou Reed was a part of... His music could be pretty powerful.
