Himeji is a good guess, as it is one of the largest and most well known of the surviving castles, but I would guess it is more just a random interpretation/depiction of them, as opposed to being any one specific castle. It doesn't quite fit the exact structure of Himeji, and even looks a bit like Nagoya too, and the 'mountaintop' if it is Himeji, is
certainly exaggerated.
Could be a souvenir figure that was sold outside Himeji in the many tourist stalls.
