Not to rant but I've never understood how this whole Paypal "gift" culture took over here. It's bad for both parties involved. As a buyer you have zero recourse if you get screwed. As a seller you can have your account frozen if Paypal sees bunches of transactions coming in with zero fees collected. Especially since few people here even try to disguise their transaction by actually putting something like "payment for insert toy here" in the subject line. All this to save a few bucks?

I mean I get the idea behind it, saying I trust you enough to do this, but if my account was ever frozen because people sent me gift payments- I'd be livid. Also not everyone is cool, so don't gift! Just calculate fees and add them into your price if you're a seller.

when was the last message, it's been more than a week since he was on here. I wouldn't believe he is running scams, plenty of people here can vouch for him.

he's helped plenty of SB members in the past (including myself). without asking for compensation. last time i checked he was a solid guy. hopefully any issues get resolved though, i'm not a fan of waiting prolonged periods of time for a paid toy to be shipped.

He's a very nice guy! He helped me get "The Walking Dead" PVC figures from NYCC.

Yea I would try him on "that other site" - looks like he's got an active sales thread there and last logged in on Monday. Hopefully it gets sorted out! I recall his thread saying something about a death in the family which can obviously turns people's world upside down for a while
