 V remake
http://www.thrfeed.com/2009/05/video-abcs-v.htmlAdmittedly there's not much here, but it looks cool from what little there is.

 Re: V remake
Oh man I hope they don't mess this up. That was my FAVORITE show back in the day. I never missed it, much to the rest of my family's dismay. though in all honesty, all I really remember from the show now was that I thought the female leader(s) of the aliens were hot and that they ate mice.

 Re: V remake
I completely forgot they ate mice or was it rats...?
I was looking for it earlier online, but was having no luck, "v" is a difficult thing to search for, but it must be out there, it was on DVD.

 Re: V remake
I loved V when I was a kid. When they would reveal their reptilian faces it would just freak me out.

 Re: V remake
It would honestly be really really hard to screw up this story. I was a big fan when in the 80's at the time it aired. Unfortunately i attempted to rewatch the series in the late 90's and was shocked at how terrible it actually was. I still have fond memories of how cool it seemed to me in 84 though.

It's strange how when you re-watch childhood movies and tv series year later how terrible they really are! I was a big V fan when I was a kid and have various scenes stuck in my head - Diana (the alien boss?!) 'deepthroating' an entire guinea pig (possibly a rat) A girl giving birth to a baby and a green alien twin making it's own way out afterwards The friendly alien Willie? (who later became Freddy Kruger) rescuing someone from some kind of cold storage unit backtrack wrote: I was looking for it earlier online, but was having no luck, "v" is a difficult thing to search for, but it must be out there, it was on DVD. Just bought the original series after reading this. 15 hours for a tenner ain't bad - here it is - http://www.play.com/DVD/DVD/4-/5368917/V-The-Complete-TV-Series/Product.htmlCheers

 Re: V remake
I'm totally psyched for this remake! I loved V as a kid. Speaking of Alien invasions...I'm also looking forward to Peter Jackson's project about Aliens co-existing with humans in the upcoming 'District 9'. Which looks killer! http://www.d-9.com/

 Re: V remake
This could be totally tight, but I want so much for them to bring back those boss red jumpsuits with the shoulder pads. Really, change just about anything else you want, but just leave the lizard faces, the jumpsuits and the cool helmets the shock troopers wore.

 Re: V remake
a bit more info:
" The series stars various bit actors from our favorite shows including Lost, FireFly and The Sarah Conner Chronicles. The new series will focus on a female Homeland Security operative who discovers that mankind is doomed as the alien race sets out to wipe out mankind.. It is written by the producer of The 4400 which also is a pretty good scifi series."
