Bought a toy early October and then the guy says he shipped on the 15th after I emailed him a few times. OK delay number one.

Then after 2 weeks I still get nothing, and email him 3 times with no replies (for a period of another week). I go to paypal and complain with the dispute and he doesn't reply either. Wanted to escalate to a claim but then I receive it today. Amazingly a month later form payment date.

I see on the stamp on the box that it was sent October 27th. So basically he fucked me over for a month, I missed givin this to my friends birthday too.

So what do I do, leave him a neg?? he also can do that to me. My feedback is already bad and it's all from sellers like this who retaliated neg feedback after I posted.

What to do? Any help is welcomed. thx

hmm, personally i dont worry too much about negs, i have had 4 in the last 2 months but my feedback is still like 99%.
If you are worried though, leave him positive but state the facts
arrived well packed and in staed condition BUT took a month too ship.
that way he shouldn't leave you a neg and if he does at least you walk away the better person! and people see that he was the idiot??

He would have to be a real ass to leave you negative feedback after you left him positive feedback (with the facts)

I wouldnt worry too much, people can see if the other dude is a douche, most people flick through and read commnets i know if i see a neg i always look at the person who left it to see if they are cool or an idiot!

You only have 90 days to leave feedback for an ebay transaction.
If you really think he needs a neg. and you don't want to be handed the retaliation neg...just wait and hit him with it on the very last day to leave feedback.
That way he cannot turn around and come back at you.

only prob with that is you have to leave it with like a minute to go, or you could get a neg back?
Negs come with the territory on the bay, as long as you are factual and not disrespectful you will come out ok!
