I like the flaming dumpster dive method of distribution... throw all the sets into a big dumpster, set it ablaze, and then let people jump in (if they dare) to pull out sets and then pay for them. If few sets make it out of the dumpster, the rarer the release.

Perhaps have potential buyers submit videos of themselves showing why they are deserving of getting a set, and then do a karaoke song from a pre-selected list... submit them on youtube, and then we vote.
