I work in a tattoo shop. Once this girl came in and asked if there was anyway to cover up an inner lip tattoo. obviously this is pretty much impossible. she explained she was enlisting in the army and did not want this tattoo. she went on to say she got it as a dare and only got it once. as most people have said usually you have to get it a couple of times to get it to stay. your mouth heals naturally/fast and its rare that it'll stay the first time. well she only got it once and it said " I swallow" with 2 arrows.

painful tat areas for me were my ribs and near/on my collar bone.
anddddd those are the only places ihave tattoos, but i know my ribs were extremely painful, and the collar bone area only hurt when i got them filled with color.
