Hmm, I am not so sure. It is just my impression mind you, but I think that maybe the glorious Creator has avoided entering territory of other tokusatsu heroes intentionally out of licensing issues. I think he must have approval for the general Tsubu creations of the Ultraverse, and considering the limits of the other heros (e.g. from a vacuum commercial, a little know manga, a 'bootleg' movie, etc.) I think I could see it being another similar variant, not that there aren't ample opportunities, such as Spectreman, he could go with.
