It is the main character from a manga by Hideshi Hino. These are quite rare according to Koji who sold it to me. They were exclusive at some Horror Festival in Japan a few years ago. This is the main character in his manga, I think his name is Hell Baby. The catepillar he is holding has a rotating head. Really cool.
Some of his titles. I read a few when I was in London. Very weird. Very good.

you have to try looking around like all of us. it can appear anywhere but your local toy shop 
try yahoo, mandarake, kt, ebay... it's bound to pop up sooner or later.

its very dark green, but you have to have good light to show up. and the eyes are very dark red...again only in light. reminds me of a fly blown up...greenish metallic feel...
