Re: "cute " vinyls Ive seen that guy before. arbito painted one for his show at super7 a while back along with a few other vintage banks. I asked about it back then and I believe he said this guy is a pretty common find if youre a vintage piggy bank collector.

Re: "cute " vinyls This one is a large vintage Combex night-light . . . about 10.5" High. Made of nice, heavy soft vinyl. The night-lights are basically a large squeaker converted at the factory by making a hole in the base and adding the bulb attachment and drilling a hole for the wire. They also drill a few holes on the top of the head to allow heat to escape. On the base it clearly states that you shouldn't use a bulb any bigger than 9W but the seller (or someone) had put a 40W bulb in there. After about 5mins the entire piece was red-hot and on the verge of melting . . . . they had basically turned the cat into the cutest incendiary device in the world  Talk about dangerous!
