Oh boy, that doesn't sound good... I say this because Atlanta, GA is where their "repackaging facility" is. I ordered a textbook once in January only to have it arrive in mid-April because somewhere along the way the package opened and was sent to GA. How it takes 4 months to repackage something that was damaged in transit is beyond me, but I had already gotten a refund for the book and been snappy with the seller so I demanded that USPS send it back to the poor guy for free (which they did) and sent a long apology for semi-accusing the seller of never sending the book out. (I've been scammed by people who have conveniently not paid for tracking before, so you can't blame me for being wary...)

Hopefully your's isn't going to hang in limbo for a quarter of a year.

A big fuck you lazy ass hat. That asshole sold me a Doji san that should have came with the print,
took months to send it to me, and it didn't even have the print. Then he makes excuses of how busy he has
been to ship it to me. Fuck you, if you have the time to sell something and take my money, make time
to ship it asshole. Fucking wank.

I can understand weeks, because let's face it... Life happens when we least expect it. But months? That's when you ask someone else to take care of it for you.
I'm not going to lie, I've handed off shipping duties to my mom once or twice because I've gone on an impromptu vacation. (My boyfriend's mom is pretty ill so if we suddenly have our schedules free up for a week, we immediately pack up and go two states over for a week to visit) I usually send a quick apology for a delay too.
Of course, not everyone knows selling etiquette... but even then, not sending the print is a big no-no. Hope he didn't swindle you out of too much money.

Well I think that statement can be generally applied.

I am of course referring to toys that are produced as toys. Not some kind of limited editions, special hand-painted one-offs, gallery pieces, antiques, etc., etc. People get too crazy with this stuff sometimes. It is a piece of vinyl, originally intended for children. It's new stuff, and there is never going to be any intrinsic or historical value to justify the prices, so other than people who just don't mind dropping all that money because they have deep pockets or just don't care, there is no reason for it. I am just pretty fed up with this whole trend towards treating this stuff like art. Yes, it is 'art' in the sense it is a part of culture, has aesthetic value, etc., etc., but I am not going to debate semantics here. It is pretty clear there is a division from these toys and what is accepted as art in the conventional sense.

This stems from how I view them though. Everyone's got their own opinion. Guess I am just an older kid rather than a collector of rare artefacts.



And yes, I think trading on hype value/investment/'art'/just to be a baller is completely lame.

Shipping- if you can list something for sale and take someone's money, you better fucking clear some time within the week to ship it. Otherwise you are a lazy piece of shit prick. Everyone has a day off and can get to a post office. I hear some have extended evening hours as well.

I always ship within two days max, I either use pay pal or USPS website to print labels online, no need to waste my time in line at the PO

Arrived fast!"... even though when you click the listing associated with the feedback, you can clearly see it was relisted

Note to web developers: just go the fuck outside or something, or better yet get a new line of work: you fucking suck and just basically screw up the internet.

Oh never mind it is just me. Apparently that google search fix suddenly made flickr wonky after being fine for a few days. Just can't beat a stacked deck I guess. Reinstalled Safari 5.1.10 and everything is fine except that awful reverted google layout. I'll just find a new search engine. Fuck google!
