Would match nicely with the gezora in the same paint scheme.

^ Man, you've come a long way since I pointed you in the direction of your first Juran! Well done. Stole this pic from Dennis' Winter WF '06 set: What with trikes being on the brain again lately.

Re: Show the love for M1-GO!
No Tower with any trikes, it was just a display they set up on the floor. I think I bought all the different trikes at that show, I had a giant box to carry home on the train that day.

Re: Show the love for M1-GO!
^^^Please correct me if I'm mistaken, but I adopted a Zetton trike from the Super 7 store (a long time ago!), and it came with a red Tokyo Tower--same as in that photo <--I still have them today, the bell makes a sweet tinkling sound too. And wow ! Having all those trikes makes me slightly envious

Re: Show the love for M1-GO!
^ Wow, I've heard Zetton-Seijin misIDed as Kemur-Seijin a million times, but never once the reverse! You've made me very happy, Grace! And yes, the first couple Kemur trikes did come with a tower.

Re: Show the love for M1-GO!
How embarassing , got my taxonomy wrong again . Thanks for the correction and clarification David! So was Kemur the only one that came with a tower? P.S. I remember the one I adopted from S7, was the last one they had on the floor. Josh found the box for me, and just as I was about to plunk down the adoption fee, he remembered the tower, rushed back into the back room, and got it for me . Phew! Thanks for remembering Josh

Re: Show the love for M1-GO!
Main reason I was wondering about the tower is because the box art has it in the background, and the other two Ultraman boxes are different. Also noticed the Hawaii Matango has solid black wheels....

Re: Show the love for M1-GO!
I was in a house once while at work, and the guy had one of those exact trikes, but with a little stuffed monkey pedaling it. I smiled knowingly at the monkey.

Yep, you can frequently find other characters riding the tricycles too. Surprisingly (or maybe not), one of the more common ones is a Santa-san.

Re: Show the love for M1-GO!
No, these were just a style that was done with a lot of vintage toys, and was quite popular. In the post-war toy boom, tin toys became very popular, and were eventually combined with plastic toys as that industry took off. There are both licensed versions of these type of character tricycles from some of the major toy companies, as well as plenty of bootlegs (both Japanese and Chinese). Interestingly, I have also seen the 'flag' used a few times, like on that bunny.

I won an auction yesterday for the Godzilla below but I have no idea where it comes from. Yuji 1-off ? Lucky bag version ? Does anyone has information about this figure ?

Re: Show the love for M1-GO!
I have never seen it before and was watching that auction, I was thinking to bid myself but I had no idea where it came from or if it is a custom from someone other than Yuji.

Re: Show the love for M1-GO!
I would think that if it was a 1-off that Yuji would have signed it, and a signature is surely something that the seller would have highlighted in the listing. It's a beautiful looking toy, though, regardless of who pointed the spray gun.

Re: Show the love for M1-GO!
After looking closely at the picture, it rather seems like the vinyl is light brown/flesh. The auction mentioned Marmit also and the seller seems to know what he is selling when looking at his other auction. I should be able to post better picture of it early september.

Re: Show the love for M1-GO!
To this day the '73 Godzilla M1Go is my favorite. I have owned many but at this point all I have is the one '73. I actually had an unpainted flesh and painted it myself. I should post a pic it came out decent.

Did that pretty Goji make it France yet, jl? I'm eager to see some snaps.
