I'm going to explain myself here, not because I need to, but I want to. Three times, I've been bid up on RxH auctions by people on the board. After the third time, I said screw it, if nobody else is following the unspoken rule, neither am I. Sorry dude...some friendly competition between the two of us is one thing. Other people just bidding if they already own it is entirely another. There are always going to be times where the rule doesnt apply, I just think some form of decency should be employed from time to time. I am really not out to stir this up, but this board is a place I enjoy and lately I've been finding myself going elsewhere mroe than anything.
Well just by seeing the bid history of that auction, there are like 3 people I recognize and I don't want to know who else is fighting over it from here. So I don't understand that list that people put their names down. I think it's only there so people say I got first bid, so rack off and nothing about following rules. I noticed someone bid on the matango GID that I bid on and then later retracted for the same reason... so it's not all bad.

Agreed. I think it's fine for folks to bid on something they really want, but it's just the principle of the thing. Either way, you and I both had a set price in mind we would pay. We both know it would come to that point probably, but after my limit I bow out gracefully.

Well if anyone is talking about me, I bid on that booska when I saw a ebay name I didn't reconize. Yes I have it but could go for another because its my favorite RxH piece I have in my collection. Its my money and I can do as i like as I didnt see anyone I knew.
So I bid 150.00 then when all was said and done I saw Kidclam and I stoped on the spot. I already have it and he doesnt so I wont go any further. Atease when I bidded your name wasnt in the auction yet.
Then I also bid on that matango and again saw kidclam bidding so I retracted my bid.
Sorry if I pissed anyone off but it wasnt intentional.

well, i thought i'd chime in here. i've been eyeing this booska rxh for a while now (since the first day). i almost bought it from kontact when he was selling a while back, but went for a couple of other RXH that came up from augustwest at the time. i totally regret it now. i'll be bidding on this one as well, and KidClam--i've pm'ed you about it. I have a max in mind, and if it's exceeded by the time the auction's end, i'll obviously not bid. good luck to us!

Well, it's a free for all, and I heard it said
You can bet your life
Stakes are high and so am I
It's in the air tonight
It's a free for all

I gave the other one I had to Dr.T as a wedding present (even though I have not shipped it yet).
Trade bait is useless, nobody ever trades me the stuff I want.

Serious?
I dont see how anyone could think those are different colors. The photography of these always throws them off but not THAT much. Especially with the history of RxH I think it would be easy to figure out that he wouldnt make two colorways THAT similar.

I agree, he should have been able to tell but your wrong about not releasing figures that similar. Have you seen all the green mutant head variations?

Disappointed that the figure has more of a gold look to it.
I liked the subtle colours of the original photo. Oh well.

I think even the pic on the site is gold.
If you look at it it can be a very thinned down gold. Also if it was shot on a white backdrop the white refecting off the goold can show up more silver.
Reguardless I wants it
