To some people, the uglier the better. I honestly think it looks like a zombie peanut, but I can see the appeal for fans of his tattoo work. Not personally my cup of tea though.

I personally dig on the Izumonster. I like the fun, goofy nature of the character, and I also like toys with a lot of texture. I was lucky enough(in my eyes) to have silently waited until I was approached with a reasonable offer on my favorite version, and I'm happy with the one. That being said, Instagram is 100% the housing for all the hype beasts loudly amping the living hell out of that toy. Izumo sees it, collectors see it, and it's being capitalized on by secondary markets like Mandarake. The price on that one off is beyond ridiculous, but I can't say I'm at all surprised.

Totally agree with you man, love Izumos work and he really is a cool guy. And as Maddie stated the 'uglier/nastier the toy all the better'. I absolutely love toys with lots of texture! So his sculpts are just great to me.

I literally give myself heart palpitations driving to and from school every day on this very subject. I don't get what is so hard about making turns?! You sort of just glide into them. I barely slow down for turns. If you're too dumb to happen to be walking a crosswalk without looking then me running you over is your own stupidity. There is NO need to EVER come to a complete stop, or better yet moronic slow drivers who veer all the way left to turn right, or veer all the way right to turn left- which basically nullifies you getting around their slow ass quickly. People like that make me want to get out of my car and punch them unmercifully. It plays into my whole concept of 99.9% of the world only thinks of themselves and can't comprehend their own stupidity or dumb behavior and how it affects people around them. You don't own the road and if you can't navigate it without holding everyone else up, don't leave your house.

Cops also suck. 90% of the time it's a power trip. I think my calling in life is starting an OFFENSIVE driving school. Fuck this defensive shit. Only in the US do we have a myriad of driving rules that when enforced effectively just makes money for local governments YET does nothing to curb fatalities/accidents. If anything they cause more. In Europe people drive like maniacs and you know what? People are just more alert and watch when crossing streets etc, probably better drivers

Fuck 4 exams, a quiz, a lab, and a project all due or happening in a span of one fucking week. One week?! That project /paper was assigned only a few days ago. It's inhumane! My fucking birthday week no less! Additional stress: my girlfriend is buying a house this week so we will be moving soon. Did you know moving is in the top tier of stressful situations in life? Trying moving 3000 records and 500+ toys carefully without breaking anything. I don't have time to be careful due to fucking school.

A big fuck you though has to go to exponential and logistical population growth models. I figured you out but watch I'll draw a blank on something dumb like survivorship or fecundity calculations on my Tuesday Ecology exam. 21% of my term grade- yeah me. Did I mention how much fun college was as I turn 46?

Poor thing! I completely sympathize! That's exactly how I felt about college. I did my major's classes backwards . Aced all of the senior classes, because you had to think and write your assignments. Nearly flunked all of the beginning core courses, because it was all about dumb memorization, which I refused to do, because it was a waste of time (google... hello! ). As long as you can grasp the concept, connect the dots, and do the work, why would anyone want to memorize all of the formulas for different famillies of minerals? I learn a lot more working in the "real" world, rather than forced to read a pile of dry boring texts. It gets better after college! Then you get a job and make money and then you can buy lots more expensive Japanese dollies

P.S. It helps immensely to work in "the field" to get the experience, before graduating. Helps you to figure out what you want to do career-wise in the "real world"

P.P.S. Large helpings of choc chip cookies and ice cream, with lots of coffee, helps you through the exams GOod luck Chris!

P.P.P.S. Get large quantities of paper towels and freezer-grade ziplocs. Great for packing, and you can re-use the paper towels after you unpack.
