I've always liked that smaller mini 'flying' variant so much more than the Popy minis.

Have we gotten to the point where those minis are worth more than the price of gold for their weight?

There was never a removable mask KR Amazon made as far as I'm aware .. I think some one has put KR head on on a 73 Bandai Amazon and sacrilegiously cut off Amazons head as the plug vinyl is gone

Scott it also looks weird to me this Amazon Rider, but I thought it was a generic head for various figures from Bandai, as Bullmark using the same head for the giant figures with removable mask.

There could never be ...or should never be... a removable mask Amazon Rider. If I'm not mistaken I believe Amazon Rider actually is creature unto itself. No mask to remove. He's all Amazon creature when he transforms.

No one really bid for the Jetter Mars. That was the starting price but did not receive offers, is a shame because it is a great piece and is one of those occasions I want to live in Japan. I also love to take a ride on it .

This legit? Ended surprisingly low. I took a stab since it was worth the chance at that price, but I did not realize it was not an ongoing auction (rather it was a fixed time, so my bid did not reset the clock). It threw me off and ended before I checked back on my status. I don't recall seeing a flesh Daimajin before, and I could not find anything online other than ultrakaiju's reference to a bootleg, which I assume is a newer release. The paint job looked horrid, which gave me pause, but the feet looked vintage.

All I know is that the feet are switched.

Like Jim said that's a bit of an outrageous price for this toy!I haven't looked in awhile but I do recall a year or two ago it popping up quite a bit. I've seen them going as low as 6000 yen, the highest I think was 11000. So this 40000 yen price tag is sort of an anomaly. Either a bunch of bidders really wanted it, shill bidding, impatience. take your pick. What was the starting price?
