Looks like the Glow Pink Chaos VGA posted the pic of is going to make it debut at a store named Matiya's the Tokyo Arakawa Ku shop. That's the translation I got. Limited and goes on sale Feb. 26th?
And the full on glow set will be an extra if you order mail order between Jan. 10th and Feb. 10th? Am I getting this right? And it looks like orders placed between 19:00 hours and 22:00 hours gets the deal? Also looks like it will be available for sale February 19 at the Nitto capital toy festival. And am I wrong or is that 7,000YEN for the set or each? Doesn't say.

It doesn't emerge in that computerized translation that you gave us, but there is some important reference to (store or vendor maybe?) called じゃりんこ Jarinko.
